Refund policy

We do offer returns on faulty items, however we do not accept returns due to change of mind or general wear conditions. Size or style exchange returns may be accepted in special circumstances and are only granted case by case, excluding refunds. These returns are at the expense and responsibility of the customer. Please reach out to our Customer Care team to learn more about our change of mind returns policy.

Returned & faulty items must be unworn and in their original packaging, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and, if valid, arrange for a resolution based on the nature of the fault. Please note that we do not offer returns of earrings due to hygiene regulations, even if unworn — unless faulty.
